Privacy policy
NIVVO is a trading name of Redhill Digital Labs Ltd. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to answer your enquiry, run a website audit and deliver the work you've paid for.
What we collect
- Enquiry and audit details — your name, email, business name, website address and anything you choose to tell us in the form.
- Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe. We receive confirmation of a payment plus your billing name and email; we never see or store your card number.
- Basic analytics — anonymous usage data about pages visited, used to understand what's useful and improve the site.
Why we use it
To reply to you, prepare your free website audit, deliver and support your website, take payment, and meet our accounting and legal obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing you haven't asked for.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the studio: Stripe (payments), our hosting and database provider, and our email provider. Each processes data on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Records tied to a paid project are kept for six years, as UK tax rules require.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@nivvo.co.uk and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to run the site and, where enabled, privacy-friendly analytics. Stripe sets cookies during checkout to prevent fraud.
