Terms of service
These terms apply when you buy a website or a NIVVO Care plan. NIVVO is a trading name of Redhill Digital Labs Ltd, based in Redhill, Surrey, UK.
What you're buying
- NIVVO website — a one-off payment for a complete website design and build: mobile-first pages, messaging help, search-ready basics and launch.
- NIVVO Care — an optional rolling plan for ongoing updates, hosting, backups, security housekeeping and performance checks.
Payment
Website projects are paid in full at checkout. NIVVO Care is billed monthly or yearly in advance until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; prices are in GBP.
Timelines and your part
We aim to launch in days, not weeks after receiving everything we need — your content, images, logo and access. Timelines depend on you sending those and replying to review rounds. If we don't hear from you for 60 days the project is paused and may need re-booking.
Scope and revisions
The price covers the site agreed at kick-off plus two rounds of revisions. Extra pages, features or integrations are quoted separately before any work starts.
Ownership
Once paid in full, the finished website design and content are yours. You keep ownership of anything you supply and confirm you have the right to use it. We keep ownership of our underlying tools, components and templates, and may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Cancelling
NIVVO Care can be cancelled any time and runs to the end of the paid period; we don't pro-rate part months. For website projects, see the refund policy.
Liability
We take care with our work but can't guarantee specific rankings, traffic or sales. Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us for the service in question. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
